We emailed. They could not help. Every person I call or email, say they cannot help. This is ridiculous. I get charged but google cannot figure out where the Google charges came from!
No good. Person was nice on email but no help, no phone number to contact or email someone else.
I sent a copy of my account and the charge by email to the person who requested it. No help.

The machine will not send out one of my pills every time!
I would like a replace machine one that works when its time for the pills to come out. It will not send it out even tho there are pills in it, I have tried to pull it out and put it back but still nothing so there is something wrong with it. Please send me a return label so I can sent it back.

Received another bracelet I did not order
I ordered a bracelet which I remand love. But 2 days later another bracelet was mailed to me.
Customer service directs you to the internet which I did leave a message but have not heard anything from them.
I will return the unordered bracelet if I dont hear anything within the next two days.
I would like to know why I have not received even a message or call from the Hero company.
I respect what they stand for and that is why I bought the bracelet. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Open permit
The company that worked on my home left an open permit for my roof with the city of Compton. And now Omega Home Remodeling is out of business.
The City of Compton wants me to pay for a new contractor, which I cant afford. Also my picture window is leaking and letting in air. Im pairing money to a company thats no longer there. And Im left trying to fix their issues.
If these issues cant be resolved, then stop taking the payments out my mortgage. Then I can afford to fix these things myself.

Preferred solution: Permit closed, window and wall fixed, and price reduction. The company even left a front door where it wouldn’t close. I paid out of pocket to get it fix.
